Bio
Perhaps music plays too prominent a role in our society, but it seems to me that much of what can be encapsulated in a few lyrics and chords is priceless for the human condition. The combination of poetry and rhythm is an ageless partnership that has the ability to pierce through to the core of our emotions, aspirations, our fears and our sadness. If society looked to the meaning of the language it uses in the way that the poet/songwriter does with perception and truth, clarity and brevity, then we would understand each other better and live more fulfilled lives. Songwriting is a craft as well as an art form, it has to be worked at. If we put as much effort into our relationships, our "conversations", then we would have greater empathy with our friends and colleagues, neighbours and strangers.

"Look through time and find your rhyme/Tell us what you find" (Nick Drake, Way to Blue)
